Change of Border Restrictions allows Victorian Border Zone Residents to visit cluBarham.

cluBarham is excited to announce that as of today Thursday 17th September 2020, we are welcoming Victorian cross border members and visitors back to our social and sporting facilities. Our community from within the 50km border zone can freely move and can enjoy the river, visit family and friends, shop, dine, holiday and work with a border permit within the 50 km border zone as defined by the NSW Government.
The Barham Services Club will be open for all in our border zone from midday today and will continue with the current restricted trading hours while cluBarham staff and management busily prepare for the return of our missed Members and visitors from the Victorian side of the Murray River. We hope to resume our regular trading hours as soon as possible.
As a community we can be proud of the sacrifices we have made and with our continued commitment to COVID safe practices of record keeping, hygiene and social distancing measures, we look forward to seeing you back at cluBarham.
Please note that border permits are still required to enter NSW from Victoria and are available online at www.service.nsw.gov.au

The Barham Services Club is fully operational.

Permits are required for entry into NSW from Victoria and are available online by following the below link.

UPDATE: cluBarham is now permitted to have up to 300 people on premises within current guidelines.
Regular NSW Clubs entry requirements are in place with the need for Membership Cards and/or Photo Identification to be presented on entering.

CluBarham is welcoming back members and visitors to the Barham Services Club, with a limit of 300 patrons at any one time after its temporary closure due to COVID-19 restrictions put in place by Federal and State Governments.
As we make our way forward to resume business, there are still risks that we as a community need to manage. Going forward will be a community effort to maintain a healthy environment for all, which is why stringent measures will be in place to make sure we can minimise the risks associated with Coronavirus.
To create a safe environment for patrons, staff, suppliers, contractors and their families, we all must work together in adhering to good hygiene and social distancing practices while the threat still remains.
To manage the risk, cluBarham has put in place protocols and procedures.
• If you are sick, please stay at home.
You may not have Coronavirus, but the spread of any cold or flu like illness will cause many to have to take precautionary measures such as COVID-19 testing and self-isolation until cleared. If you are visibly showing signs of illness, you will be refused entry or asked to leave the premises.
• Sanitising of hands.
Sanitising stations will be situated throughout cluBarham premises, where as a condition of entry, all must sanitise their hands.
• Social distancing
Whilst on cluBarham premises, social distancing must be adhered to between all. Seating throughout our premises is in-line with the recommended 1.5m social distancing rule. Floor markings are also in place to guide patrons in areas where queues may form.
• Recording information
On entry, all members must swipe their card and visitors must sign in providing name, address and contact number. All guests must also swipe out or sign out when exiting the premises to ensure the maximum number of patrons at any one time does not exceed 300. Photo ID or other proof of NSW Residency is required for entry into cluBarham facilities.
• Washing of hands
Hygiene practices must be adhered to by all. Washing hands for at least 20 seconds before and after consuming food and beverages can assist in decreasing the risk.
• Self-declarations
Those staying in cluBarham accommodation or are visiting suppliers or contractors, will have to declare that they are:
• Free of symptoms
• Have not traveled from overseas in the past 14 days or knowingly had contact with a person infected with Coronavirus before being able to utilise services or commence works and supply.
cluBarham’s overriding priority is to maintain a safe environment for all. Please follow direction from staff as they will be assisting in not only protecting themselves, but also yourself, other patrons and the wider community. Those who do not follow the COVID safe instruction will be asked to leave the premises to assist in maintaining an environment that all are comfortable to enjoy. While restrictions have eased, the threat is still present.
For more information regarding our trading terms and availability of our various services, refer to our website www.clubarham.com.au , our Facebook page or phone (03) 5451 1800 to keep updated.
We look forward to seeing you back at cluBarham and assisting us in providing our many services safely as we as a community advance out of COVID-19 restrictions.
