Job Vacancy - Sous Chef

CluBarham is perfectly located on the Banks of the Mighty Murray River. Incorporating the Services Club, Golf and Sports Club and motel accommodation, CluBarham is dedicated to providing entertainment, and sporting facilities for the Barham community and visitors.

The role of the Sous Chef at the cluBarham involves the provision of exceptional customer service in a high paced, high volume work environment. The delivery of quality products, quantity of products, quality of service and timing of service is something that our kitchen team prides itself on. The role of the Sous Chef at cluBarham is integral to leading these values in the Kitchen and leading the team on shift following the direction of Head Chef.
