The Loddon Room seats up to 120 people theatre style, 96 people classroom style or 64 people banquet style.
Situated at the southern end of the building adjacent to the Highrise, the Auditorium features one of the largest Redgum dancefloors on the Murray River. The Auditorium is perfect for large sized events and weddings or corporate presentations. The Auditorium seats up to 250 people theatre style, 144 people classroom style or 96 people banquet style.
Located near Don’s Kitchen, the Barham Bowling Club, the Bowls Bar and adjacent to the Auditorium, the Highrise is perfect for small to medium sized functions. The High-rise seats up to 120 people theatre style, 96 people classroom style or 64 people banquet style.
The Auditorium and High-rise spaces can be joined to host your extra-large event. The Auditorium + Highrise when combined seats up to 370 people theatre style, 290 people classroom style or 200 people banquet style.
Located at the eastern end of the River Gum Bistro, the Edwards Room is perfect for smaller birthday groups and is close to our kids play areas. The Edwards Room seats up to 40 people with Bistro style seating.

A short stroll from the banks of the Murray River at the southern end of the building, The Barham Bowling Club Room adjacent to our World-Class synthetic greens complex is perfect for end of year functions and corporate bowls events.
